Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit there was a plastic pump container of hand sanitizer on a countertop next to the sign in and out tablet that was accessible to the children from the other side of the counter and a wall mount with hand sanitizer in it sitting just above the diaper changing table and accessible to children while on the diaper changing table. WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b): The playground has a storage shed with paint cans and other miscellaneous equipment that was accessible to the children. WAC 110-300-0260(5): At the time of the site visit the playground had a cargo trailer with a large number of tools and the doors left wide open. The playground area had shovels, a hole digger, a wheelbarrow with another shovel, and other miscellaneous equipment.
